Maribel, mientras prepara el desayuno, discute con su madre. Está cansada de sus órdenes en forma de consejos a la hora de cuidar de su hijo, Jaime. Maribel se ve perfectamente capaz de hacerlo y, de alguna forma, se siente algo tensa por la dificultad del momento. Hoy es el primer día de Jaime, y el pequeño deberá acostumbrarse a un nuevo lugar.

Nacido en Manzanares en 1983. David Barco es un realizador y guionista manchego, natural de Alcázar de San Juan ( Ciudad Real) licenciado en Comunicación Audiovisual en la Universidad de Burgos y con un Mastér en Producción en la Universidad de Alcalá y que complementó con estudios de cine y realización de cine en la Academia Metrópolis CE.En 2012 debutó con el cortometraje Un Marido Ejemplar protagonizada por Isabelle Stoffel que se alzó con el Premio del público Meetinarts en la convocatoria de cortometrajes que hizo Canal Plus junto a la mencionada plataforma.
Posteriormente ha colaborado en varios cortometrajes y volvió a la dirección en 2014 con «Flesh» que ha obtenido selecciones nacionales e internacionales ganando 4 premios en el Festival Cortocortismo. Hasta la fecha de hoy, David también ha dirigido varios videoclips y un Documental titulado » Mis capacidades» ( 2016) que trata sobre la el mundo de la discapacidad. Actualmente trabaja en el mundo audiovisual a través de su propia productora compaginando labores de realización y producción y colaborando en cortometrajes como «Mivida» , «Tengo Miedo» y una web serie titulada » tus Monstruos». En 2018 vuelve a la dirección en lo que será su tercer cortometraje » El primer día».
Born in Manzanares in 1983.
