Original de Almería, Luis Navarrete llegó a Madrid para estudiar Medicina y, al descubrir el mundo del cine, lo compaginó con diferentes estudios del ámbito cinematográfico, entre ellos un Máster en Dirección Cinematográfica. De sus proyectos destacan el cortometraje El palacio entre las nubes (2018), el videoclip La rara eres tú y el cortometraje Queridísimo papá (2018), con 3 premios y 24 selecciones internacionales. Actualmente prepara su primera película.
Original from Almería, Luis Navarrete came to Madrid to study Medicine, but discovered the world of cinema, so he combined both worlds with a Master in Filmmaking and other studies. His notable works are the short-film A palace between the clouds (2018), the music video La rara eres tú, and the short-film Daddy Dearest (2018), with 3 awards and 24 international selections. Nowadays he’s developing his first feature film.
Originaire d’Almería, Luis Navarrete est venu à Madrid pour étudier la médecine, mais a découvert le monde du cinéma. Il a donc combiné ces deux mondes, avec un Master en réalisation cinématographique et d’autres études. Ses ?uvres remarquables sont le court-métrage A palace between the clouds (2018), le clip La rara eres tú et le court-métrage Daddy Dearest (2018), avec 3 prix et 24 sélections internationales. Il développe actuellement son premier long-métrage.
